Does Ari and the Buffalo Kings book private house concerts?

Absolutely! We love to play private parties and house concerts. Simply reach out to us on our Contact form to discuss dates and pricing.

Do I need meditation experience to join classes?

Not at all. Our community welcomes complete beginners alongside seasoned practitioners. Ari offers clear guidance suitable for all levels, and we all learn from each other's experiences.

What if I can't make the full 90 minutes?

You're welcome to join for whatever ti

me you have available. Many practitioners join for the meditation portion and need to leave before the talk and conversation. While there is great value to dedicating 90 minutes to your well-being, it is perfectly fine if you need to cut that time a little short.

Are classes really free?

Yes. All community classes are freely offered in the spirit of dana (generosity). Donations are gratefully accepted but not required.

What meditation style do you teach?

We practice in the Insight Meditation (Vipassana) tradition, incorporating concentration (samatha), mindfulness & insight (vipassana) and heartfulness practices rooted in Buddhist teachings.

Can I practice with you if I'm not Buddhist?

Yes, these practices are accessible to and appropriate for people of all backgrounds and beliefs. While they're rooted in Buddhist tradition, many practitioners integrate them with their own spiritual paths or approach them simply as tools for living with greater awareness.

How do sliding scale private sessions work?

We'll have a conversation about what's sustainable for you financially and arrange a rate that works. Non-monetary arrangements are also possible in some cases.
